Experience Shop Customer Service

I have a question about a specific experience in the Experience Shop. You will find many answers in the offer description or in the "FAQ" section directly under the respective description. If your question is not answered there, please contact the provider of the experience directly. You will find the relevant contact details for each provider in the offer description or FAQ.

I have a question about the cancellation options for an offer that I have already booked. You will find the relevant provisions in the FAQ section directly below the offer description. If not described otherwise, the conditions according to the GTC, paragraph 5.2. apply:

  • up to 2 weeks before departure at the latest - no cancellation fee

  • up to 1 week before departure - cancellation fee 40 % of the total price

  • up to 48 hours before departure - cancellation fee 70 % of the total price

  • less than 48 hours before departure - cancellation fee 100 % of the total price.

I would like to change or cancel an existing booking. Please note the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) directly in the respective offer description. Please fill in the form below and we will get back to you during office hours. If your enquiry falls on a weekend or public holiday, the day on which your message is received by the customer service department will apply. If you have to cancel a booked offer at very short notice outside office hours, we would ask you to inform our customer service department as well as the provider directly. Thank you very much.

I have a question about the Summer GA Travelcard. You will find detailed information including FAQs in the offer description. If you cannot find the answer to your question, please contact the SBB Contact Center: 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min., daily, around the clock).

I am having technical problems with the shop. Please use a Google Chrome browser whenever possible and/or try clearing your cache. If you have further questions, you can contact our customer service via the contact form. Please describe your problem as detailed as possible, provide us with your system and browser version and attach e.g. a screenshot.

I would like to praise or criticise an offer that I have already experienced. Switzerland Tourism or Swiss Booking AG are acting as mediators of experiences. Please address your feedback directly to the service provider. If you fill in the contact form, we will also be happy to forward your feedback to the provider.

I would like to express praise or criticism about the Swisstainable Experience Shop in general. We are interested in your feedback and strive to make the service as attractive as possible as part of this pilot project by Switzerland Tourism. Please use the contact form for this purpose.
